I placed an order on Instagram for a sale at Portland Leather. Order confirmation attached. A month later I received notice that the items had been delivered, but they had not. I saw the item was coming from China at that point. I wrote to them to complain, and they said they would resend the item. A month later I checked the tracking and it said the item had been delivered, but once again it had not. I have now sent them another complaint and a request for my money back. Amount is $38.24. I have screenshots of fake tracking website but I can only attach one file here.
