Description

ONE DAY after the Charlie Kirk assassination, MyFaithWorld ran an ad on Facebook, stating it was a company based in Nashville, TN and that their goods were made in the USA. Nothing could be further from the truth. I ordered three sweatshirts at 50% off for the total price of $77.97. Within the next 5 minutes, I received an email from my bank saying I had made a purchase outside of the US. I immediately contacted the seller with the email given on the order and stated that their advertising was deceptive (they were not based in the US) and I was cancelling my order. Then I received an email from PayPal for the amount of $88.88 which included sales tax of $17.99 -- I deduct that this is a tariff. I received a very goofy response three days later.... to give the product a try, they were sure I would like it. That was NOT the issue. The issue was their deceptive advertising. I received the product on Sept. 30, 2025. It is of the poorest quality imaginable. There is no label in the garment as to material, country of manufacture, or care instructions. I am forwarding all correspondence to my state's attorney general and will make a formal complaint. Which normal person will take the time, after purchasing a T-shirt, to check the company's Terms of Service??? If you will scroll down to the bottom of their website, you will see a link to their Terms of Service. That is a real eye opener and I suspect runs contrary to every consumer protection law we have in the United States.
