I ordered a set of custom temporary tattoos from simply inked on September 11. I received a confirmation email that the order was in process and on September 13 I received a email indicating the product had been shipped and confirming my address which was correct. I contacted at the end of September due to non-receipt and was told they would send replacement and a confirmation email none of which ever came. Upon research, I have found numerous reviews, indicating non-receipt of product and the positive reviews I had read were all sponsored. I have sent multiple emails in October with no response. Today., 10/10/25, I have request requested to reverse payment through my Apple Pay account. They have issued a request for information to the company. For multiple reviews, I understand it is difficult to get reimbursement for non-received items. Thank you.
