I placed an order with Olivia and James (Order #7863) after seeing their website, which presents the store as being located in Vancouver, Canada. However, after receiving my package, I realized that the company is not actually based in Vancouver, and the items I received were of very poor quality and looked nothing like the photos online. One of the products, a jacket, even arrived with a torn pocket. When I reached out to the company to ask for a refund and return instructions, I received unclear and unhelpful responses. The website’s presentation is misleading, and the products do not match the advertised quality. I am filing this complaint to warn other consumers to be cautious when purchasing from Olivia and James.
