On 10/7/25, I ordered products totaling $70.38 from https://www.advancedtoolworks.com. While paying via PayPal I received the message: "You authorized $70.38 USD to Raquel Herman". A few minutes later I called PayPal to report the scam. They said that I had to wait for her to 'capture' the money before I could do anything. Later that night I read that I could have used my PayPal account to cancel the transaction right away. After the 'capture', I began a PayPal problem report listing all details. After submission, their system started a refund process and stated that the case was closed. Misc info: 1) I e-mailed [email protected] and received "Delivery Failure". 2) PayPal payment took me back to: https://trendscenter.shop/yand/success.php?failure_code=success&failure_msg=Success&order_no=92078&pay_no=17598569644499171320403676601&invoice_id=68e097d8ffd368b073fe2b3276a2dcb4TTLtSZbYahNuU6CDxF&amount=70.3800¤cy=USD&token=C8AF8EB6CDD0215AA475F425313D3A88F0D5451430C8EF8226742A8084C12730 3) Backspacing from there took me to: https://baijiale22e.cyou/confirm/17598569644499171320403676601 4) I tried to report this on a Federal Government website, but it was unavailable due to 'shutdown'. 5) On 10-9-25, I received e-mail from "Customer Service" ([email protected]). It stated: "Oops! Looks like you left something behind" and wanted me to complete "Order Number: 92078". Giving me 20% discount on the $70.38 order. Letterhead on e-mail was GoEasyMart with date: "2025-10-07 17:09:24"
