Pursuant to New York Administrative Code 16C-16.003, if you fail to pay within 24 hours, we will take the following actions: 1. Report to the DMV violation database 2. Suspend your vehicle registration effective October 7th 3. Suspend your driving privileges for 30 days 4. Go to a toll booth and be charged a 35% service fee 5.
