Description
Called Quickbooks Desktop Customer Support and Alex answered the phone. Said it would cost $1499.99 to fix the situation. I was changed from QB ProAdvisor Enterprise Accountant to a QB Standalone version. He insisted on leaving the customer service numbers and his number as a note on my desktop. I called back the next day indicating I thought this was not what I wanted. The software did not even show up in my Intuit account and seemed like a scam. Alex said he would fix it. After quite some time, the software was changed to QB ProAdvisor Enterprise Accountant 2024 and again he insisted on leaving his customer service numbers and direct number on my desktop. However it still did not show up in my Intuit account and when I checked the forgot password, the admin/owner password was ***.Watler.com. I looked up Watler.com to find it was a CPA firm. Today I called the Intuit Customer Service and got my issue resolved and my CC company to report the fraudulent charge. These are the numbers and hours that I was given: Support Tollfree : +1-855-836-2689 +1-866-202-6870 +1-855-327-2121 Monday - Friday : 9:00 AM to 9 PM EST Saturday : 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM EST [email protected] [email protected] Alex 747 977 5143 Ext 114
