Internet ads/website deceive customer in believing their items are made in US and have a guaranteed easy return process; I even paid extra for 100% free returns shipping insurance. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes and was surprised to discover they were being shipped from China, and took forever (over 2 weeks) to get, then none of them fit (way too small, clearly not proper US sizing, cheaply made and not of advertised leather), took forever (multiple emails over another 2 weeks) to get return instructions from customer support ([email protected]), and they demanded the return cost be paid by me, and I could not find any way to ship them back to China cheaper than $90, so I am stuck with 3 unwearable pairs of shoes.
