This business advertises handmade genuine leather handbags at affordable prices due to a "retirement" sale. When the handbags arrived they were not leather, but low quality PU leather and were not handmade. When I contacted the company for a return label as instructed by their website, they did not send a label but an offer of a discount for keeping the items. After I again requested the label, they offered a slightly higher discount for keeping the items. After 4 rounds of back and forth, they said I could ship the items back to their warehouse in China at my own cost. When I looked up the prices for shipping it would have been $30 or more. Further, it may have been impossible to get them to China within 30 days of purchase, which was required for the refund, as they had already been running down the clock with their unhelpful emails.
