I am a Travel advisor, and I signed up to take a travel agent trip with the company and noticed around August that the payments had stopped, and when reaching out, I was not receiving any call backs, or the emails that I received back were repeating the same questions after asking for someone to call me. When I located their number to contact the individual who called me, the phone was disconnected when I called from my own phone, but I was able to ring it from another person's phone, and it just rang. I have emailed, and there has been no response. All payments were made from February until June 23, with a total payment of $1,357.20. My husband and I were supposed to leave for the trip today, October 8-11, 2025.
