I placed an order on September 17th, I recieved an email from the company notifying me that the order was on it's way. On September 20th I got another email from the company saying my order was delayed due to unexpected high volume of orders and that it was expected to be shipped in 7-10 business days. I decided to track it using the tracking number they provided, when I clicked on the tracking number it redirected me to a website called Track718.us this website didn't show any info on my order, and no matter where I clicked on the page nothing would happen, it was almost as the page was completely frozen. I then decided to email the company to ask about my order. I emailed them on October 2nd, they emailed me back the next day saying that they checked on it and that it was currently on their shipping queue and that due to the high valume of orders it would take another 2 weeks to ship. This is when I decided to do more research and stumbled upon a few websites and reviews warning people about this company being a scam. They took the money out of my account right after I placed my ordered and I never recieved any of the items. Please don't fall for this scam, Rachel New York is 100% a fraud.
