I purchased a green tea mask from this company, I got double charged, and had an extra fee charged for insurance and shipping that was never stated anywhere in the purchase. I have emailed back and forth with them for over a month and they continue to reassure me that a refund was processed, but it has never come back to my account. The product that was sent was also terrible quality and had NO labeling of ingredients or directions on it. I paid a total of $65.46 for something that I agreed to pay $34.80 for. The $34.80 would also have been a waste of money, but that is my fault for buying something in hopes it would work.
