However, shipments take about three weeks because they are shipped from China, then UPS ships them to USPS for delivery. The website states a “30-day moneyback guarantee. We believe in your satisfaction. Enjoy our 30-day return policy for peace of mind!” However, when you contact them for a return, they offer you 10% of what you paid instead of returning the item. When you object, they will offer a 20% refund so you don’t have to pay shipping costs to return it to China. Everything on the website is misleading and deceptive. The garment, for the most part, looks like the item pictured on the website; however, it seems poor quality, and the only tag is one with washing instructions. The consumer should have a reasonable expectation that they are purchasing an item from a business operating in Charleston, South Carolina, that it will be shipped from the USA, and can be returned to Charleston or at least in the USA and receive a full refund without dickering about a partial refund.
