Description
I received an ad on instagram for a clothing item. I purchased through the seller's website. The seller claimed to be a Canadian business and customers to expect shipped items between 7-10 business days. When the order was placed, shipping ended up being from China. The statement for payment on my credit card was listed as a Swedish bank account. After 3 months, I still have never received the order and the tracking link for the product does not work. I attempted to contact customer service many times and they refuse to issue a refund as "the item was shipped".
