This notice was sent to inform me about an important matter regarding my home (which has been mortgage free for a decade), secured by your current lender which is Navy Fcu. We reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving this notice. Dummy check was attached at bottom made out to me, in my name and address for $199. Not affiliated with Navy Fcu at bottom of page.
