Received a letter called a Customer Service Evaluation Tool (CSET) from Whole Foods Market for my first Secret Survey assignment to "improve customer service on a global level". The CSET included a checklist with required steps and the payment, a check in my name for $2,950.00 to cover the assignment bills, evaluation and my survey service commission payment of $450. I was to confirm receipt of the package via sms to (206) 593-9089 with my full name, amount received, bank name of the check, phone number, and an estaitme as to how long it would take me to complete the assignment. I was to deposit the check by ATM, Mobile or bank deposit. If I completed the assignment within 12 hours, I would earn a $250 bonus. I was supposed to survey 2-3 stores to complete the $2500 Razer gold gift card and Apple gift card. the check was written an an account called **** *** LLC in Las Vegas, NV.
