I ordered a set of dentures from this company Naiday when I ordered it it said that it guaranteed my dentures would be in within 10 days I waited 20 days before I try to contact them by phone phone number didn't work all I got was The busy signal time and time and time again. I then try to contact them by email. They emailed me back saying that China Express was delivering my package I proceeded to wait. I ordered my package on 8-30-25 on 9-18-25 I get an email from China Express letting me know that they have handed over my package to the United States postal services. So I proceed to call the United States postal service. I called the postal service to track my package. The postal service tells me that they have a package but the postage needs to be paid by the company that sent the package. That even though the package has my name on it and it's coming to me I cannot pay the postage the company is coming from has to pay the postage. So I then email naiday once more. This is when they stop returning my emails. And now it seems as though they have blocked my phone number. Because when I try to call the numbers they have given on their websites because they have a few different ones now it doesn't have a busy signal anymore it goes straight to telling me cannot connect but when I call from a different number it still has the busy signal they are using two different numbers. 316-247-0461 and 720-463-4231. I have asked if I'm going to ever receive my package with no response I've asked if I'm going to get an immediate refund with no response.
