They had all of my dads name and address. also customer ID number for verification to look official. and expiration date. Andy Perkins program director 1-888-508-7913 Then refer to property code # that was the same as customer number on bottom. My dads in his 90s and flipped out in fear over this. It looked like a final notice to deceive and trick you into paying for this service.
