I was contacted by a recruiter named Mia Thomson from Careers Flow Recruit, who sent a detailed job description that matched my experience and asked for my resume to determine fit. After I sent it, she claimed the company’s system couldn’t process my resume because it wasn’t “ATS-compliant” and recommended I pay another company, Resume ATS Pro (https://resumesatspro.com/, to fix it. Research shows this resume company is also fraudulent, with numerous consumer complaints. The goal appears to be directing job seekers to pay Resume ATS Pro under false pretenses.
