This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Ordered 2 glass decanters from a Chinese company called Betu Limited, on 7/16/25. The company sent a certificate of shipping delivery with an invalid tracking number. The cost was $81.47 US for the 2 items. I contacted Paypal for a refund, but they claim the certificate of delivery was valid, so the denied my claim. I'm an honest senior citizen and would not go to such trouble, but want this company added to a scam list so others are not ripped off as I was.
