I bought a purse via what I thought was DHGate - I saw their ad on a Facebook Reel - they were having a very good sale on purses so I purchased one thinking it was DH Gate. They charged me and emailed me a tracking information number - via USPS - it showed the package as "delivered" - package was never delivered. I emailed them, they said the package was delivered OR that my address was incorrect (it wasn't) and to check with the Post Office. I am disputing this amount with my credit card. When I pulled up the link these people sent me, it showed a DHGdeal website, and not DHGate. Be very careful about the reels advertisements via Facebook.
