Description
Called claiming a Jessica Smith tried to make 2 transactions from my Zelle account. The provided me a case number and transaction numbers for both transaction. I was then transferred to another person at Zelle. I had to repeat the case number and transaction numbers. They provided me with Zelle Authorize Cancelation Code and Cancel Payment ID. They provided me the name of a case agent Alexiandra Pena. They then tried to get me to log into my Zelle account which I refused to do as it did not make sense to login to an account that has been compromised. I hung up. Callers spoke very fast and were very pushy. Would not send me an email with a case number when I asked for it.
