Very official letter with prepaid postage received in the mail, demanding a call to them at 1-800-209-5527 regarding an "important matter regarding the property at (my address)". Threatening language used in the letter to illicit fear and/or action. Bottom portion of the letter is designed to appear as though it's a check (to prompt the recipient to open no doubt) but there are no dollar amounts listed anywhere on the document. Incorrectly lists our "lender info". Nowhere does it list which "company" it is coming from.
