Description
Hello! I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding my WES evaluation process and additional payment request. I submitted my application and made the initial payment of $214.70 for my credential evaluation. My documents were received by WES on September 18, 2025, which was 168 days after my initial submission on April 4, 2025. According to WES policy, the evaluation period is 180 days, and my documents arrived well within that timeframe. Despite this, I have now been informed that I must pay an additional $54 to complete my evaluation. I find this request unfair and unacceptable, as all requirements were met on time, and there was no delay on my part. I complied with all instructions, submitted my payment promptly, and ensured my documents arrived within the expected period. I request that WES accepter the initial payment of $214.70 and proceed with my evaluation without requiring any additional fees. I also request clarification on why this extra charge is being imposed despite my timely submission.
