Purchased VIP subscription for $14.99 but seen that charge was taken out twice. When contacted they claim I purchased both VIP and Premium subscriptions which makes no sense and I did not do. They refused to reimburse me so I canceled both but still have access to premium subscription until November 1st and VIP subscription until November 2nd but I have yet to receive either subscriptions. It will only allow me to open any episode on any series if I purchase coins. I contact them again about this new issue and while doing this I receive a notice that they have taken out $39.99 out of my account and when confronted they again blame me claiming I made a purchase for 20,000 coins which I DID NOT PURCHASE. When I tell them this they say I must have done it “by accident” and still refuse to reimburse me. I did receive the 20,000 coins surprisingly as I’ve yet to this day received either subscriptions I was charged for. The episodes are supposed to be 99 coins per episode and the 20,000 only let me watch 5 episodes before they showed my coin balance at 0. They refuse to fix anything or reimburse me and has even gone so far as to sale me a pitch to purchase another months subscription like I’m some idiot. I’m out $70 and all I’ve received was 20,000 coins that after 5 episodes was taken from my account. When you pay for something and then don’t receive it that is called theft. When leaving a review I read other 1 star reviews and seen that by far I’m clearly not the only one this has happened to and will not be the last if they’re allowed to continue to operate. They should not only be shut down but charged criminally for theft. At minimum I should receive at least $30 back from them though I feel it should be the entire $70, but they won’t give me back so much as a penny and still have not given me access to either subscriptions.
