I was searching for formal dresses, looking for non Chinese companies to purchase from. Lucas & Grace had a nice website and New York address and phone number. I ordered 4 dresses, with a promised shipping date within 2 weeks. I continued to receive emails from them a saying my package was in transit but with no tracking number. Upon reaching out to customer service, they responded that it will take a few more days to ship and eventually sent a Chinese tracking number. I told them I would like to get an immediate refund as the items will not arrive in time for our date, as originally promised. This company is misleading and trying to pretend to be a small shop, with stock photos. The dresses did eventually arrive and the quality is comically bad. When I went to return, they did not allow for any process. I will have to pay for shipping to China, which is astronomical. I am out all of that money now. We need to hold these types of misleading scammers accountable.
