Two fans were ordered. A package was received but very small and had two usb cords. Emailed them and received response. They said they checked and others received incorrect packages. They would resend the fans soon. Emailed again. Response said from support and a name that indicated they were specifically working on it. Email said: Due to numerous complaints regarding errors and consistent delays with our current carrier, we are in the process of making significant changes to our logistics operations. Our team is fully committed to improving the speed and accuracy of our deliveries. It appears that your product was mistakenly sent to another customer, and you received an incorrect item. We have already resent your correct order to you. As a gesture of apology, you are welcome to keep the item you received as a gift — no return is necessary. We deeply regret any inconvenience or negative experience this may have caused you, and we are working diligently to resolve these issues. We will contact you once the issue is resolved, which we expect to be by Monday. Thank you very much for your understanding and patience during this time. I did not hear back and emailed again a few times and no response. Now the website link no longer works.
