I am a DoorDash driver and was having trouble completing a 4$ order, when DoorDash support called to assist me in completing the order! I said great! Everything is freezing up. He then tells me to shut down my app, turn it back on. He went over my ratings. He thanked me for being a platinum driver, and he was even successful in completing my delivery. He said I’d be paid for my time and sent me a code which he instructed for me to read back, which I did. He then stole 1054$ out of my DoorDash card. I reported it by calling the number on the back of the card, which then transferred to what I believe to be a spoofed fraud dep line because the emails and correspondence do not seem to be coming from DoorDash at all. DoorDash is breached. This is horrible….im completely done driving for them. So gross.
