Say they are high end store out of Boston that is going out of business. Stuff arrives and is TRASH--plastic shoes, cheap material, unfinished hems. Give you the run around. Have to "return" to china. F you file a fraud complaint with the Am Ex, they know the system and convince Am Ex that it is legit. So much for being a loyal Am Ex customer for 35 years. The fact that this company can do this and then be supported by the credit card company is absurd.
