I ordered a sweater from them, and never received it despite the tracker saying my order was complete. Speaking of tracker, they do not use the package tracker they claim to use, since it takes me to a completely different link. I checked their website for a return and refund policy, and found I am not able to get a refund despite me paying extra for package protection all because it was allegedly already shipped. And even if I did get the product, I still wouldn’t get my money back from returning it because they claim they have to approve the return and if it isn’t approved, they can keep the product and money.
