I purchased a “leather” duffle bag from Ward Leathergoods.com. It was discounted. When I received the bag, it was not leather but synthetic leather of poor quality, nor as represented on the web site. The site has no phone contact or address though the address on the mail was from New York. I emailed to send it back for full refund. I complained about the quality of the bag. They offered a partial refund. I asked to send it back with an address in China: Address: YuNingfeng 1st Floor, No. 68 Tongyi Road, Zhuangshi Avenue,Zhenhai District 315000 Ningbo Zhejiang China +8*********845 ***-**-****@qq.com The international cost would be more than the cost of the bag. There was no disclaimer about international fees. Email response to Ward Leathergoods I have attached pictures of that bag shown on the web site that is fully stitched. It looks like leather. My bag is synthetic leather, pleather. It is not fully stitched with a strange zipper on the end that opens up and flat. The lining is synthetic, not material. Feels like plastic. The bag on the web site has metal zippers. This is plastic and poorly done. The tab for the pocket is one piece, seemless, rather than leather sewn together. There is no bag tag as in the picture of the bag on the web site. It is fake. I feel like I have been scammed and should report this to the better business bureau. It proclaimed it has been in business for decades but no pride to place their name, a label on the bag. I am not sure if you were aware of the poor quality of the product. I am not sure if you are just a distributor. I am not going to pay more than what I paid for to ship it back to China, if I could. If you are the same company in China, you should closed down the AI web site. If you are a distributor, you should stop distributing this product. I have no choice but to keep this horrible bag or give it away to Goodwill. I am asking for more than 30% since this bag is not leather, as suggested, not as shown in the web and, to me, rather worthless. I am requesting for a larger refund. 50%, if I may. I think you should include in the refund statement in the web, that the customer has to pay international fees to China for full refund. Had I known, I would not have purchased this poorly made, under represented product. Let me know. Thanks you
