Fake products: Instagram advertising claimed "Oil of Oregano with Black Seed Oil" however, I received bottles of unscented softgels that appeared to be vitamin E, not the advertised product. Deceptive advertising: The product delivered was different from what was shown in online ads. For example, a bottle was sent instead of the large bag featured in Instagram ads. Origin of goods: Despite a fake U.S. address listed on the packaging, tracking information shows the products are shipped from China. Unauthorized charges: Nutrivora made unauthorized and unexpected charges to my credit card after the initial purchase. I was signed up for unwanted subscriptions. Non-existent customer service: The company provides no phone number, and emails are either ignored or met with form responses that do not resolve the issue. There is no way posted on the site for customers to cancel. Phantom re-orders: I received confirmation email for new order they never placed, indicating their payment information was saved and used without authorization.
