I placed an order through BeautyCareBag.com totaling $109.54, expecting to receive three skincare products. After several weeks of waiting with no delivery or updates, I contacted the company for the first time to ask where my order was. I received no reply. Eventually, a package arrived about a month later, but it included only 2 out of the 3 items I paid for. I waited a few more days, hoping the third item would arrive separately, but nothing else came. I contacted the company again, informing them that I had received only two products and that I would like to return them for a full refund. I expected to receive a return shipping label, but they never responded. Because of their lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue, I filed a dispute with my bank. I was refunded only $38.41 out of the $109.54 I originally paid, and I still never received the third product. Additionally, the items were poorly packaged, appeared possibly opened, and had labels entirely in Turkish, with no English instructions or ingredients. This raised serious concerns about safety, quality, and compliance with U.S. regulations. Later, I discovered multiple public complaints on their Facebook page reporting the same pattern- customers receiving incomplete orders, no response from the company, and questionable product packaging. I am reporting this to help protect other consumers and raise awareness about their misleading and unprofessional practices.
