I was on tiktok and purchased a canopy tent for 49.44 on 08/5/2025 after not receiving the item on 8/21/25. I started emailing [email protected]. I received a response on 08/25/25, that the item shows delivered. I asked them for the proof of delivery and what was the delivery companies name? They then replied the item was listed as being lost. They would refund me the amount minus the shipping cost. I declined that and requested a full refund, the lost shipment was not my fault, that cost would be the shipping company. They finally said they would refund the entire amount 49.99 but it would take 5-7 business days. I waited that time and no refund, on 8/15/25, I sent another email requesting refund and they replied it was a delay in the refund on 8/25 sent another email requesting refunds and they replied it would be another 5-7 days but they would expedite the request. No refund has been issued as of today 10/4/2025 and they are no longer accepting my emails, they are coming back undeliverable.
