Description
Placed an order online. Received info that a label was made and my shipment had been processed and on its way. During the next 8 days my shipment sat without moving toward me. During those 8 days I received repeated emails stating that I should place my order…that my order would expire if I did not finish placing my order…etc. this confused me, thinking that maybe I hadn’t placed my order properly. I checked, and I could see that they had removed money from my account for my order…so I did not place a second order or fall for their 'duplicate order" scam. Once my shipment started moving toward me…the fraudulent urgent emails stopped. I have been in communication with their customer service folks who are telling me that there is nothing wrong with my p,acing and paying for my order while they leave a duplicate order in my cart, so they can strong arm me into "completing" my order….which has already been placed. I have saved the "thank you for your order" email(s), followed directly by the scam emails stating "complete your order before it expires". I’ll bet a LOT of older folks fall for their duplicate order scam. Since they see no problem with this, I am hoping you might be able to make them stop.
