Description

I was approached about a Supply Chain Manager role and interviewed for over seven hours via Teams. A few days later, I received an offer that seemed too good to be true. Despite official-looking documents, I was asked to buy hardware and software (two of each) and ship them to California, with the promise of reimbursement. This was suspicious since they have an IT office there. When I requested an in-person meeting with HR, it was avoided. I can provide more documentation if needed; I also tried contacting the company in France but got no response. Copy of initial email: Dear Applicant, We are pleased to inform you that your application for the Supply Chain Manager position has been shortlisted, and we would like to invite you to an online interview via Microsoft Teams to discuss your qualifications and experience in greater detail.
