Description

I noticed a charge on my banking statement for 19.95 and I called the company with the phone number on the statement, The company is called collections etc. premier savings the phone number is 877-769-9731. I inquired about the charge and the gentleman said that I have been enrolled for 5 Years ! I bought a chenille spread online with my debit card 5 years ago, I never signed up for that account, shame on them for scamming me also I feel ashamed for not paying closer attention! I immediately cancelled, and asked for compensation, they said that they would cancel it and the best they could compensate me is 6 payments! Rather than argue I hung up and said cancel, ! I lost over 1,000.00 dollars! That is the only time I ordered from that website! I realized this October October 2, 2025 and the gentleman told me I was enrolled for 5 years which I never signed up for! That amount was taken out of my account 59 times, I am still in shock! Thank-You for your attention on this matter. Reporting this is the only recourse That I have. Hope to hear from you soon.
