This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Received postal mail from Records Division with red stamp "SECOND NOTICE/TIME SENSITIVE". Paid return envelope included. Card included saying "FINAL MORTGAGE NOTICE COMPLETE AND RETURN" "Please Respond By Oct.09, 2025" Goes on to say "As a new mortgage holder, you may qualify for a state-regulated Mortgage Protection Plan." What's disturbing to me is that I recently was awarded my house after a divorce, so the scammers are perusing public documents to get information.
