Description
I placed an order September 1, I emailed them a few times about the status of my order. The tracking they provided was weird and every time I check, my status was the same (Some website called 17Track). I request a refund 3 times, and they told me they would not issue it until I received the package to return it. Its been well over a month and I think my assumptions of not receiving the package is correct.
