Description
I ordered a AI lottery program and was charged $213.25 via my Discover card. When I went to register for the program and sign in, I found that the whole thing is a scam. I contacted Discover but they said they are unable to do anything until the charges come out of pending status. I have contacted the company via email because that is the only contact information that was provided, and asked for a refund. The merchant did advertise a 60 day money back guarantee but am not trusting of that due to not being able to access what I supposedly paid for. The company is V2 Global Enterprise LLP with Digistore24. I would like to file this complaint to not only regain my money but to warn others of this scam.
