This is most likely a fake company that advertised on face book saying they were a new york city boutique that was closing. The website says that the store is closing, but the store has no address or phone number. Every day they say today is the last day to buy the products online but this has been going on for at least a week. After making the purchase, the item has not been delivered in over a week. They say the item was shipped but cannot be tracked. Then they said there was a processing delay, even after saying the product was already shipped. Payment was through Shopify. The only customer service is through email and they do respond with the same type of answer, but the answers are generic and they basically say I can't cancel the patyment. I don't expect to get anything from them and am afraid they are using my personal info for fraudulent purposes. I have found info online saying that they are from Canada. On my credit card the charge was for a company in Belgium, though they claim to be New York City boutique that is having a closeout sale, but have no address or phone number.
