Description
This report details a serious case of deceptive business practice involving the "Get-Paid-To" (GPT) website, BigCashWeb.com. The platform offered users cash rewards for completing specific actions, which required making significant financial expenditures, including over $50.00 in necessary in-app purchases or subscriptions to third-party services. The user successfully fulfilled all requirements, and the offers were officially tracked and credited by the BigCashWeb system. However, when the user attempted to initiate the cashout of the promised rewards (and a "surprise bonus"), the platform introduced mandatory and highly invasive requirements that were not initially disclosed. To proceed with the payout, the user was forced to submit to mandatory identity verification (PII) and enable full activity tracking. This action resulted in the surrender of sensitive personal information and financial data to the platform. Immediately after the user complied with all demands, the reward request was denied without any valid reason, and the company became completely unresponsive to all emails sent to their official support channel. This scheme appears to be a fraudulent operation designed to trick users into spending their money and, more alarmingly, to compel the submission of highly sensitive PII and tracking data under the false pretense of a guaranteed financial incentive. The total failure to pay and the subsequent silence from the anonymous company raise significant concerns about data security and consumer protection. Instead of sending me the money I was owed, again, they ignored me when they replied on TrustPilot and made my account in extreme negatives like I owe them money.
