This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I ordered a tracfone from HSN in September 2025. I received the phone and there are no issues with the phone. However, as part of the HSN purchase of that phone was a promotional item to sign up for free trials of several services, one of which was the inlivo premium for a 3 month subscription. I signed up that and then decided the next day to cancel before the 3 month period was over. The instructions say you have to cancel in the app. However, I soon discovered there was no app for android users. Upon further review I soon discovered that there was no discernible way to cancel. I have emailed 3 times and received no response. I am going to contact my bank after this to tell them to not authorize charges should they appear. Inlivo appears very likely to be a scam. I would not normally sign up like this but since it came in my purchase from HSN, I trusted it. I am also contacting HSN, they need to discontinue this promo package.
