Description
Contacted via voicemail by Saria (? spelling) from (970)932-2423 regarding inability to serve court documents by the County Process Server's Office and said to call attorney Jessica Miller at (877)269-0266, mentioning case # (7 numbers followed by CR) for more information to avoid a "Failure to Appear" judgement in court. Larimer County Sheriff Process Server Office says that no Saria works for them. "Jessica Miller" phone number is always busy. Saria phone number has recording to "call the number left on your message." Larimer County Court has no case open for my name or the case number referenced. I do not know what they are trying to accomplish.
