Description
Myself and family members received calls from Robert at Northwestern Mediation Services Civil Processing Unit attempting to reach me and demanding that I or a legal representative return their call during business hours (did not give said business hours) at a different number than the one they called on (833-944-5289). Robert also stated that if someone did not call they'd have their "client" move forward...whatever that means. They gave no detail regarding what the issue was but did mention the county I live in. A quick Google search revealed that other people are experiencing the same scam, that Northwestern Mediation Services has no fingerprint online, and has several complaints filed.
