This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Person reached out to me via email asking for an ‘interview.’ They used the email address [email protected]. After I responded they then asked me to take tests via these websites https://can-tx.careers/assessment https://forms.office.com/r/wJuBSnnfm7 After doing so they sent me an offer letter signed by a Michelle S Bowman with more information, including that they would need to send me a check in order to purchase software.
