I was scammed by Amazon Ship Direct LLC. I worked for them for 6 weeks and was told that I would receive $2500 per month and bonus payments based on my performance. I was told that my mileage would be reimbursed with a $89 check monthly to cover my expenses. I received packages and was required to take pictures of what was in the box, if items were delivered without damage, and details, including the weight of the item. Once I completed a report, the info was sent online, and 12 hours later, I would receive a shipping label. Once it was received, I had to take the package to UPS or FedEx and mail it (which had to be re-wrapped). I spent my holiday weekend running around like a crazy person to meet the deadline. They offered bonuses if you met the timeline. I had 42 bonuses "supposedly" coming on 9/22. When I contacted my supervisor to ask when I would be paid, there was no answer. I called HR- no answer, and the Manager did not answer. This is very scary since they have personal info from me. How do I follow through with a complaint and seek payment for my losses? Since they are using Amazon's name, would they take action against this fraudulent group that is using their name? Please advise me on what I can do to prosecute them. Thank you
