I ordered a product for a bicycle through an online site. The price was similar to other sites and so it did not appear unusual. Others showed a longer deliver time and so I used this site. I received an email immediately after ordering with an order number and an email address to contact if any questions. [email protected] It said delivery would be in 3-15 days. I needed the product soon so I sent an email and did not hear back. I sent a 2nd email after 7 days and did not hear back. It is now 15 days and no response. I looked up the company and credit card bill. N2P*V artshopfback was charged and it shows it is out of Hong Kong. When I did a search for the company, I found multiple reports on BBB as well as Redit and other places saying this is a scam site. Fortunately, I have no charges on my credit card suggesting it is being used for any other purposes. I am in the process of disputing it with my credit card company and anticipate the charge will be refunded.
