Description
I was at a doctor's appointment on 9/16/2025 and scrolling through my phone when I saw a great (too good to be true) post on Facebook for 3 lbs of King crab for $19.99 + SH from "Seafood Outlet". It came to a total of $36.28. I gave my credit card number and after the appointment I was thinking more clearly and decided to reserach this company. It turns out they have a great site that impersonates Omaha Steaks and IMO better than theirs. The address was all wrong, zip code was for a different city than address which was a vacant lot and everything didn't add up. I called my credit card company to stop the sale but it was still processing. They are still investigating it as of this writing and have a temporary hold on my card but the amount WAS taken out. They have scammed 1000's of people thus far, that's a lot of money and credit cards they can scam money out of if people don't do something about it. Also a few days there was a reel on Facebook with the same scammers however, doing a search, I couldn't find Seafood Outlet anywhere now, so they may have been taken down by Facebook. But be on the lookout!!
