An ad appeared on my cell phone and I saw a ring that caught my eye so I ordered it without checking out the site. They sent an e-mail to track the item and that is when I found out it was coming from China. It took 12 days and upon arrival, it was not what the picture on the website showed and it was gaudy and cheap looking. I wrote to their customer service which is supposed to be 100% guaranteed and they said I could order a new size or different ring for another $4.99 to cover shipping or they would give me 10% of the price in a refund and keep the ring. I wrote back and they increased the return money to 20% and keep the ring. Also gave me my choice to send it back to China but warned shipping and tariff costs are expensive. The ring arrived in a package with a Jamaica NY address but they informed me they had no facility in the US yet, only their warehouse in China.
